What’s better than some lakeside love and pizza?! Nothing, if you ask me! Calling all water-loving, food-truck-going, engaged couples looking for some serious elopement inspiration! I was asked to be a part of this dreamy Saguaro Lake Elopement styled shoot by my friend Maiolo Dough and it was everything good.

The vibe for this Saguaro Lake elopement was casual and beachy, while focusing on — what else – their amazing food and pizza!

Maiolo Dough set up their mobile wood fired oven by the lake serving up treats that were incredible! From a full antipasto spread to individual pizzas and sweet treats, their menu is as delicious on the eyes as it is on the tongue. 10/10 recommend!

Our couple enjoyed a laid back beach style picnic with a styled tabletop for two. Combining colors of the desert sky at sunset and a hint of gold. I can’t get over the gorgeous tulips and florals in shades of caramel and dusty dark purple. The table was surrounded by driftwood and wind torn palms while they fed each other pizza and enjoyed the views. They felt at home surrounded by the canyon lake and Arizona sun. Arizona truly has it all, from the red rocks to mountains, dreamy desert-scapes and magical canyon lakes.
