Traditional Indian Hindu Wedding At The Superstition Mountains

Jenna + Tushar

Jenna and Tushar threw the most amazing and beautiful traditional Indian Hindu Wedding at the Superstition Mountains! Their wedding had two separate ceremonies to incorporate both families and their traditions. The first day they had a very traditional Indian/Hindu ceremony at the Radha-Krishna Lotus Temple. I loved being able to see all the details, colors, and tradition that goes into this type of ceremony. You have to see what Jenna looked like! Her sari, jewelry, and henna tattoos were all stunning. The next day they had a more americanized wedding at the Paseo, which has such a beautiful backdrop of the Superstition Mountains! They did a great job at still incorporation many of the same colorful and intentional details from the day before into the wedding ceremony at the Paseo. They had the most vibrant alter I had ever seen, which contrasted so nicely with the Superstition mountains in the background. They also had the most intricate chairs used for the ceremony and the reception. Jenna wore a more cream colored dress that went so well with her hennas and all the golds, pinks, oranges, and reds that filled the ceremony and reception spaces at the Paseo. Their dogs walked down the aisle with beautiful flowers around their collars. We took their photos out in the desert with the Superstition mountains behind them while a donkey walked around with drinks for guests! The reception had so much dancing. The wedding guests even broke out into a dance that surprised the bride and groom! Everything about the two days was incredibly extravagant and stunning and I loved being able to document all of it!
