Tucson Mountain Engagement Session

Sean + Justin

I was so excited when Sean and Justin asked me to take their engagement photos near the beautiful Tucson mountains in Arizona! They choose to go to Madera Canyon which I was really looking forward to because I had never been there before. There was snow on the tops of the mountains, fields to run in, and lots of wildlife all around us. We even saw deer! Since we shot at golden hour there was a beautiful yellow hue that spread through out all of the Tucson landscape. We did a lot of adventuring in the tall grass. We went down trails and dirt roads to find the best views of the mountains where the sun would be hitting them just right. It made for such a stunning backdrop for their engagement photos. Sean and Justin were a very sweet and easy going couple to photograph! It is really fun when the couple can let loose and just be themselves. Justin especially brought a goofiness to the shoot and there was lots of laughter. Near the end you will see a photo of them breaking out some dance moves! In a couple weeks I will be photographing their intimate wedding in Catalina State Park in Tucson! They will be surrounded by close friends and family as they say I do. Catalina State Park will also have very beautiful views of the Tucson mountains as a backdrop for their big day. Sean and Justin are both in the restaurant business and will be having a chef come to prepare a 4 course meal! I am really looking forward to seeing this part of their wedding day. Since this couple is incredibly fun, has such a great style, and there is so much love between the two of them I know they will have such a wonderful intimate wedding and I can’t wait to photograph it!
