Where do I even begin with these photos?! This is easily one of the most adorable couple sessions I’ve ever done. Our beautiful couple, Lauren and Branden, have been married for a few years and boy oh boy are they in love! It was so inspiring to see these two who appear to still be in their “honeymoon phase,” I just adore them! Lauren and Branden’s love for each other made them such a blast to photograph and I just can’t get over this adorable camping couples session.

We ventured out to Gold Creek Pond in Washington, and it was so much fun exploring the area and finding a perfect location to shoot at.

Gold Creek Pond is surrounded by some gorgeous pine trees, mountain peaks, and the sun this day seemed to have been hugged by a little sweater of clouds. At first we weren’t sure how the weather was going to turn out, the day of their session it had been raining ALL day but we really lucked out. The sun crept out behind the clouds right before we started taking pictures resulting in the perfect lighting!

Seriously, it was like everything fell into place for our camping couples session. Although it was a bit chilly out, it created the perfect evening for this cuddly couple. Lauren and Branden cozied up together in their bright yellow tent; one of my favorite details because well, just look at how it pops against that natural background, gorgeoussss! The yellow tent brought out the yellow tones that were turning on the trees while also creating a beautiful focal point for our couple. It was such a treat to be able to capture Lauren and Branden’s love not only for each other, but for the outdoors!

Lauren looked adorable in a cream beanie and a pale blue sweatshirt while Branden contrasted her in a tan/brown beanie and green sweatshirt!

They seriously were just too cute, I didn’t want to stop taking pictures! At one point Lauren hopped up on Branden’s shoulders and you could just tell how much fun they were having… and that smile on Lauren’s face may just have been from how incredible the view was (or from the laughs she was sharing with Branden).

Even though it was cold, these two really turned up the temp! Lauren and Branden were so willing to just be themselves, which I love to see!! When they cozied up with one another in their tent, present and taking in the moment together I just knew I had the perfect shot. And honestly… how could you not be happy camping in such a gorgeous location? Wow, It was seriously such a treat to capture Lauren and Branden’s love and hopefully I’ll be able to have another session with these lovebirds soon! It was clear how much love they have for one another and I hope they never lose their sense of adventure!
