Sunset Beach in North Carolina Wedding

Sarah and Sam’s wedding was at a beautiful home on Sunset Beach(near Myrtle Beach) in North Carolina. I met with them the night before the wedding, and they are the sweetest people ever! There’s nothing like Southern hospitality! The first look was such a special moment. Sam’s reaction to seeing Sarah was so sweet. She was so nervous and anxious when she was about to see him but all of that washed away when they saw each other for the first time. First looks are just so special and I get butterflies every time(and it’s not even my wedding! I just can’t help it!). The ceremony location couldn’t have been prettier. They got married under a beautiful tree on the water, and had their own private dock that lead up to the house. One of the guests even drove their boat up to attend the wedding! I could not get over how much GREEN there was everywhere! This Arizona photographer is not used to that at all. I was in heaven. They treated everyone to an amazing southern bbq dinner, which did not disappoint. Southern food really is as good as everyone says. Can you say hush puppies?! After some emotional toasts and a fun cake cutting, everyone moved to the dance floor. And I mean everyone! Even their parent’s were going to town showing off their moves, it was the best! I’m so grateful to Sarah + Sam for bringing me out to the South for the first time and giving me the most amazing experience!
