Katie + Bridger

This bridal session in the secret canyons of Arizona blew my mind! I met Katie + Bridger last June and every minute spent with them since then has been an adventure to say the least! They are the most laid back, coolest, and funniest couple in the world. Katie decided she wanted to do a Bridal Session after her wedding so that we could have more time to focus on portraits then instead of taking up tons of time on the wedding day. If you are a bride or groom, I cannot recommend doing this enough!!! It gave us the chance to go somewhere awesome to take photos that we wouldn't have had time to go to on the wedding day. I asked Katie where they'd like to do their bridal session and she goes "You pick the place and we will be there". Okay DREAM CLIENTS RIGHT HERE! They trusted my vision and adventured with me to this secluded canyon and let's just say I look at these photos at least 5 times a day. This canyon is a bit of a local secret but it’s well worth doing the research to find. The hoodoo formations are painted with red and orange stripes and it’s quite the site. There’s also black and blue coal dusted throughout the canyons making it one of the most colorful places I’ve seen here in Arizona. We had so much fun exploring this amazing place even though it was absolutely freezing and windy as all get out. There were many times we had to take cover behind some rocks just to get away from the intense wind. These two were total champs though and didn’t complain at all.
